Over the last Two years, Raptordelivery has expanded. This expansion presents a great opportunity for the right candidate to sell what restaurants already want: more business.
Here’s what you’ll need: an unrivaled level of comfort on the phone and the ability to handle making a lot of cold or lukewarm calls. You’ll need to exceed our lofty sales expectations every month and you’ll need to be both patient and persistent. We want you to have a track record of sales success, a highly competitive spirit and an uncanny amount of self-motivation. To make the job exponentially easier, you should be able to easily connect with people from all walks of life and be an all-around trustworthy human being.

Responsibilities:
- Sell “pay for results” advertising over the phone to independent restaurants in Chicago
- Conduct a high volume of daily cold calls, set and execute meetings virtually, and close deals with restaurants
- Exceed high volume sales goals while working within a team environment
- Be the market expert: gather restaurant feedback, monitor competitor activity, and provide recommendations for improvements to management
Job Requirements:
- A friendly and likable demeanor
- A desire to sign up a lot of restaurants
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related area. Proven history of diligence and accountability
- Fluency in English is required; bilingual skills in Spanish or Chinese are a major plus
- Restaurant industry experience and/or remote sales experience a plus
- Familiarity with a variety of remote sales concepts, practices and procedures.
- Ability to combine insights from past experiences, analytics, and sound judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours. Restaurants do not operate on 9-to- 5 schedules.
